Disruption And Dismantling Of Body & Life!

The Wall Street Journal Quote yesterday 05/11/2020: "U.S. corona virus deaths near 80,000 as mysterious new symptoms appear." This humanity suffers in hugh batches, loses day in day out. Our present efforts to disrupt and destroy the virus has fallen short. Viral spread from Wuhan province in China is discouraging to this day..

This is an invisible, incredible enemy even the worst sample of humanity was unable to match the harm inflicted on itself historically. Human ingenuity that developed Atom bombs dropped on Naga Saki And Hiroshima in Japan were localized in destructive power 20000 kilo tons of TNT. The firestorm in Hiroshima destroyed 13 square kilometers or five square miles of the city. Almost 63% of the buildings in Hiroshima were destroyed. by blast and fire. Estimates of total deaths generally ranged between 100,000 and 180,000 out of a population of 350,000.

Tens of thousands died immediately. Many more in the days that followed. In another Japanene city, namely, Nagasaki, the atomic bomb blast is equally devastating and decimated all the land marks in the city, parks, recreation and educational areas, sports arenas, rail roads, apart from huge loss of human lives. The rest of the population were withering away due to intense radiation awaiting their lingering death.

When we look at the scenario caused by two atomic bombs hurled by humans on humans using a stupid premise to stop the war and obtain a victory, just stop to think who are we to cause such an infliction on ourselves? Is this the culture taught us? Is science to be used for destruction?

This virus can be observed only with the help of Electron Microscope. it was identified by a pioneer Scottish scientist named Almeida fifty years ago. This virus was supposedly living in bats and in some exotic animals like pangolins. Lied obscure more than fifty years emerged in this century in the month of January, 2020.

As our contemporaries in China had a penchant for exotic meats of animals that carry this virus. The jump to mankind was done. Results with a unheard of ravage to the entire humanity of the world and is actively in progress keeping the public in a spell.

Aside from this, social distancing, isolation, nullifying meetings of any kind, disrupted the very fabric of society. Restaurants, Grills, bakeries, store chains, super markets, clothing, electonic, auto parts, movie theatres, small local stores are basically destroyed. Infrastructures for the basic living conditions are falling apart day by day.

Transportation industry is devastated. The public is afraid to travel. Tourist buses come to a stand still. Cruise ships and huge Airlines are inoperable for there is no traffic due to virus attack. This is what we observe superficially. The secondary markets, meaning spare parts for all these are likely to disappear due to lack of demand. Many livelihoods are gone. Rebuilding our wealth to what it was, has to wait.

Now this is a valuable opportunity for humanity to redeem itself to find an antidote or vaccine for this pandemic corana virus to stop in its tracks. Now we have this rapid, ravage spread of this virus challenging us world wide!

Where is your family from and why did they come to America?

Have you ever visited the communist countries of China, Russia, Cuba, North Korea, Laos, or Vietnam?

I've had the honor of traveling to many parts of the world, and fell in love with the people of nearly every country. My heart broke for those who were unable to enjoy the freedoms of choice and self direction that Americans take for granted every day.

What do you do for a living? Whether you are a doctor, teacher, mechanic, IT person, or full time parent; I would imagine you chose that path for your life because you enjoyed certain aspects of that work, and you are able to be compensated for it.

What if you had no say in the direction of your life, and your future was solely dictated to you by the government?

I cannot think of a faster way to snuff out the spark of life in one's eyes than completely removing their own agency from their lives. Unfortunately, that is what happens in communist/socialist countries.

Do you want to move there permanently and give up your American freedoms and opportunities?

Do you want to make America into another China, Russia, Cuba, North Korea, Laos, or Vietnam?

Your candidate for President in America should have 2 objectives:

1) Dedication to growing the stability and strength of their country.

2) The candidate should commit to protect and defend their citizens' rights.

Why do people leave a country?

-Fear of safety for themselves and their family from violence.

- Fear of persecution for their beliefs.

- Extraordinary poverty and no opportunities for changing it.

- Government corruption and overreach that stifles individual choices and growth and forces conformity.

Are you and your family looking to import where they came from to America?

What are the differences between their home country and America?

Your candidate for President in America should have 2 objectives?

1) Be dedicated to growing the stability and strength of their country.

2) The candidate should commit to protect and defend their citizens' rights.

Get the facts, think carefully before you act and vote for President of the United States on Nov. 3, 2020!

I have enjoyed visiting, teaching, and performing on my violin and viola throughout the world. This includes communist countries. I have always been happy and delighted to come back home to America and our many blessings and freedoms! It is a true eye opener to see how fortunate we are in America.

We have many opportunities here to start a business, choose the work we would like to do, to own property, pray as we choose, protect our rights to free speech, protect ourselves and our home and property, the right to think and share our thoughts with others.

We have good sanitation, plumbing, drinkable running water, electricity with bathrooms that work which allow you to wash your hands with soap and water to keep bacteria and sickness from running through entire cities.

After visiting these foreign places, I was always so grateful for the blessings and freedoms of living and working in America.

"In Communism the government owns all property and pays its citizens equally. Citizens own nothing. The government chooses your work and tells you what to do. They own you! There is no free will!"

Communism/Socialism is frequently thought of in academic and media circles as an "everything is free because it is a right". There is no freedom when you depend on the government to dictate what you deserve.

The American Revolution has stood the test of time because we are reminded that our freedoms come from God, not man.

Communism removes all your rights, your property, your opportunities, your choices, and your freedoms. This includes thinking, worship, association.

Birds Eye View on Communism in Russia:

The movie, Moscow on the Hudson" (1984) was written and directed by Paul Mazursky and starred Robin Williams, as Vladimir Ivanoff, a saxophonist with the Moscow Circus who is performing and visiting in New York City. He decides to defect while shopping at Bloomingdale's in New York City. Director Mazursky said the idea for the film came from his own grandfather emigrating to the United States from Russia.

He says, "Most Russians, are just trying to survive. Yet, all Russians who leave their country, leave behind something they treasure and love. It's a terrible conflict for them, so the act of bravery is overwhelming."

The film opens with Vladimir in Russia living "in a crowded apartment with his extended family." Then "he stands in line for hours to buy toilet paper and shoes." It takes so long to buy the toilet paper and shoes that he's late to rehearsal. Boris, the communist party member, KGB,

"criticizes Vladimir for being late to rehearsal and suggests Vladimir may miss the approaching trip to the United States.". Vladimir immediately hands over to Boris, the shoes from the store that made him late. After rehearsal Vladimir goes with his friend to buy gasoline for his car from a "black market dealer."

After Vladimir defects he has several American citizens who have immediately agreed to help him. They give him a place to stay with their family, assist him in finding work, and a recent American citizen from Cuba who his lawyer.

Blessings of America: America is not perfect, but it is our last beacon of hope!

America was built on Judeo/Christian values, law and order, righteousness, capitalism, entrepreneurship, and free markets. America is a land of opportunities. Our United States Constitution protects our freedoms. The framers of our Constitution were wise enough to realize that our unalienable rights did not come from government or man; they came from God. They were also wise enough to create the Constitution and Bill of Rights to be exclusionary (explaining what Government cannot do, rather than all the things it could do).

The very freedoms that most of us take for granted like the pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and freedom to petition the government to right wrongs are what make this country great. It is also why this great nation of ours is a magnet for people from all over the world who answer the "battle-cry of their souls to be free by seeking citizenship."

Your candidate for President in America should have 2 objectives?

1) Dedication to growing the stability and strength of their country.

2) The candidate should commit to protect and defend their citizens' rights.

What is Kristallnacht?

Kristallnacht, (also called the Night of Broken Glass). On November 9-10, 1938, Pogroms, violent riots, (attacks, looting, arson, mass arrests, and death) were carried out against the Jews by SA paramilitary forces (storm troopers) and civilians throughout Nazi Germany, Austria, the Sudetenland, Czechoslovakia, Slovak, Bohemia, Poland, and Moravia. These rioters destroyed, attacked, looted, and demolished Jewish businesses, homes, schools, hospitals, and Synagogues with sledgehammers. After the attacks smashed glass was left on the streets.

"British historian Martin Gilbert wrote that no event in the history of German Jews between 1933 and 1945 was so widely reported as it was happening, and the accounts from foreign journalists working in Germany sent shockwaves around the world."

The Times of London observed on November 11,1938: "No foreign propagandist bent upon blackening Germany before the world could outdo the tale of burnings and beatings, of blackguardly assaults on defenseless and innocent people, which disgraced that country yesterday."

Communism is total government control. Breaking down of law and order, looting destruction, arson, death. Pogroms, Kristallnacht, eradicating statues (erasing history), inculcating the young, (brain washing), no accountability, against independent thinking, against self-reliance, against family values, against religion, against human spirit. Tramples on constitution. Takes all your rights and freedoms away.

Where is my family from?

My family is from Russia and Hungary where there were no rights, no choices, no opportunities, no free speech, no right to a fair trial. You did what the government officials told them to do. There was no freedom of expression. No owning of property. There was no choice in anything. The government decided what your career would be. When you argued to try and protect yourself, they would throw you in prison and kill you.

America is the only place you can go from rags to riches. In other countries if you were born poor you stay that way for life. Mark J. Quann, author, said in 2017, "Immigrants Are Four Times More Likely to Become Millionaires in America."

How many immigrants arrive in the United States each year? "More than 1 million immigrants arrive in the U.S. each year. In 2017, the top country of origin for new immigrants coming into the U.S. was India, with 126,000 people, followed by Mexico (124,000), China (121,000) and Cuba (41,000)." https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2019/06/17/key-findings-about-u-s-immigrants/

Ages 18 or Older: What if what you are being told is Not 100% true? Do you question what you are told and seek to check the truth? Do you educate yourself? Are you accountable for your actions? What is your goal or dream?

Only in America will you be given the opportunity to choose your dream and work for it!

Rebecca Walser, expert author of "Wealth Unbroken", says, In America "you are empowered to take control of your life, your destiny, and that is something billions of people do not have."

Communist China in 2016 had a population of 1.4 billion. "Their citizens had only an average per capita disposable income of $3,469 in 2016." Compare this "to 320 million Americans who had $43,536 per capita disposable annual income that same year." (Walser, Wealth Unbroken)

Your candidate for President in America should have 2 objectives?

1) Be dedicated to growing the stability and strength of their country.

2) The candidate should commit to protect and defend their citizens' rights.

Why have so many millions of people come to America? America is Not Perfect, but it has opportunities and amazing possibilities that communism does not have!!!!!

These immigrants from Russia, China, Laos, and other countries who have become citizens of America are "Not begging" to go back to the countries they have escaped from!

These 5 plus months of the pandemic and being homebound has brought stress and anxiety to America with civil unrest, rioting, looting, and murder. This is a reminder of pogroms in Russia and Kristallnacht, (Night of Broken Glass) in Nazi Germany, Austria, the Sudetenland, Czechoslovakia, Slovak, Bohemia, Poland, and Moravia.

Think and get the true facts, before you vote for President of the United States on Nov 3, 2020!

Your candidate for President in America should have 2 objectives?

1) Be dedicated to growing the stability and strength of their country.

2) The candidate should commit to protect and defend their citizens' rights.

Remember what President Ronald Reagan said, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction... It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same."

Think and get the true facts before you vote on Nov. 3, 2020.

Do you want to keep your rights and privileges in America or give them up?

A faulty communication system can cost a lot of money by wasting both the employee's time and the client's trust. "PwC surveyed 15,000 consumers and found that 1 in 3 customers will leave a brand they love after just one bad experience, while 92% would completely abandon a company after two or three negative interactions." Frequent down time will cost money that could have been saved if a quality assurance safeguard was deployed. Having business operations that run smoothly is paramount in optimizing profitably.

Smartphones revolutionized the way we communicate and have now become common necessities for people around the world. Since the release of the first Apple iPhone in 2007, many millennials became early adopters of new collaboration modes. This generation - born between 1981 and 1996 - now make up a large segment of the workforce.

Older generations also began following the lead of the millenials, adopting SMS later. "A Zipwhip survey found that 73% of consumers want more businesses to text them. Customers of all ages, from Baby Boomers to Generation Z, like the ease, convenience and privacy that texting offers." Companies often get a better response rate with instant messaging because, unlike email or phone calls, people are more likely to send out a short response than spend time formulating a reply email or scheduling time to call you back.

SMS solves a unique pain point for both consumers and call center agents. Picture a scenario where a customer has a quick minor question and does not need an in-depth answer on the phone. The customer can be immediately acknowledged with an automated text. Then, a customer can be serviced much more quickly. For the customer, the main advantage is convenience. They don't need to set time out of their day waiting to speak to an agent to get the same information.

Call center agents are able to service multiple people at the same time via multiple text channels. They will have a record of all the details of a conversation so they can look up history at any time and avoid having the customer repeat themselves to different agents. Agents will also be able to efficiently manage general questions freeing up time for more complex inquiries. In fact, many call centers are building AI-infused bots that can respond to general SMS inquiries and if necessary, elevate the customer to a live agent.

Incorporating SMS in a call center gives a consumer even more ways to interact with your business. Servicing customers through various channels, offers more options, provides more satisfying experiences, improves productivity and strengthens the relationship with your customer.

Communicating well is one of the most common errors of modern life and no doubt historically too. To speak and tell something to another person is critical to good relationships. To listen, hear and understand the message is a necessary part of good communication. Often what is heard was not the intention of the messenger. Thus, we have apples and oranges, instead of apples and apples.

Being able to communicate is probable one of the most important of all life skills We learn to communicate from our parents or primary caregivers and emulate the way they communicate.

Communication, at its simplest, is the act of transferring information from one person to another. It may be vocally (using voice), written (using printed or digital media such as books, magazines, websites or emails), visually (using logos, maps, charts or graphs) or non-verbally (using body language, gestures and the tone and pitch of voice). In practice, it is often a combination of several of these.

Communication is a two-way process, involving both sending and receiving a message. It is imperative that both the sender and receiver understand the content of the words in the message sent. If not confusion and misunderstanding prevail.

Basic verbal communication skills include paraphrasing, this remedy is to paraphrase for clarity. Simply say back to the person what you heard. "So, what I heard you say was_________." The messenger will say either "Yes, that is what I said." Or "No, I said_________." And then will restate and clarify the message until they are both on the same page

It is crucial for the recipient of the message to listen actively and to respond appropriately, either by asking questions for clarity or more information or to offer support to the messenger.

A common error is to respond by taking the thought away and telling a similar personal experience which has the effect on the messenger of not being heard or being discounted.

Another is interrupting the messenger when triggered by something being said. Again discounting and disrupting effective communication. Being interrupted or receiving inappropriate responses has the effect on the messenger to be sabotaged and reluctant to communicate further with this person. In this case feedback to the other person may be appropriate.

Listening is a crucial component to effective communication. To be heard is important to the messenger who may be vulnerable in sharing ideas or personal information. Active listening may be shown by, gestures like eye contact, nodding of the head, smiling, etc.

Stay with the messenger and responding appropriately when they appear to finish. Asking for more information will most often be welcomed as an indication of being heard.

Feedback is one of the important communication skills. It may be risky to let the other person know the effect you experience, especially when you have been interrupted, but it may be a positive experience also.

Feedback always starts with an "I' statement. "I feel frustrated when I tell you something personal and you take the subject away and interject an experience of yours."

The important elements are "I feel" and 'when you".This way of communicating avoids blame or accusing the other of wrongdoing, thus feeling defensive, but it encourages being receptive to hearing the error which is often an unconscious way of communicating probably from old patterns learned in childhood. When a person is defensive, the ability to hear and be willing to change is gone.

Non-verbal ways to communicate are beyond the scope of this article, however they are important ways to give and receive information.

Conflict resolution can be challenging but necessary when opposing points of view prevail in a relationship. Negotiating for a good time to work on problem solving is
a good idea. if both are ready and willing to set time aside and are willing to work on differences.

Next, set some basic rules. I recommend that each person take an allotted time to talk without interruption and the other person listen actively, even take notes if both agree. I suggest 5 minutes each. This will bring several differences out in the open and the next step is to agree which ones to work on together, using the communication skill discussed above, paraphrasing, "I" statements, and feedback.

Negotiate a resolution that both agree on and put that particular issue to bed. Of course any promises made must be honored.

In any relationship we all bring something new.Good ways of communicating can embellish and lead to a mutually enriching relationship with positive skills to resolve differences and share experiences.

I strongly recommend beginning to teach good communication skills in kindergarten and in every grade thereafter. Such classes should be as an important part of the curriculum as reading, writing and arithmetic. Also, universities must teach student teachers these skills. Not only is poor communication the cause of failed relationships in families, but also in International relationships. Languages are barriers enough, but conveying ideas, treaties, agreements are all critical to good relations between diplomats and nations. Positive and effective communication has been too long overlooked and a critical way that we share who we are, but also get to know and respect others. The world would be a better place and relationships would be better if we had better skills to interact with one another.

Today, there are a lot of smartphone manufacturers out there. Unfortunately, not all of them produce satisfying smartphones. Among all these manufacturers, one of the most popular ones is Xiaomi. As a matter of fact, it is one of the top smartphone manufacturers based in China. Their products are competing with top tech giants, such as Samsung, Apple, and Huawei. Despite the low price, their mobile phones are of high quality and reliable. Given below are some of the primary reasons why you should go for a Xiaomi smartphone.

1. Low Price but great specs

Price is probably one of the most important factors when purchasing a smartphone. After all, not everyone can buy an iPhone. Even if you want to buy the flagship Xiaomi Mi 5, you won't have to pay more than $400. The good news is that the low price does not compromise the specifications of the hardware. The specifications are quite impressive despite the low price.

2. Impressive Build Quality

Just because Xiaomi has set low prices for their mobile phones does not mean the quality is compromised. The build quality is great. Unlike other smartphones, Xiaomi smartphones are powered by a Snapdragon processor. These processors are considered the best processes in the world of mobile computing.

3. Great Camera

Xiaomi smartphones come with high-quality cameras. Even if you get a $100 Redmi 2, you won't be disappointed with the camera quality. The great thing is that this phone allows you to record videos at full HD resolution. Xiaomi Mi 5 comes with an Optical Image Stabilizer that can be found in high and mobile phones only.

4. The MIUI is more Customizable than Android

In the beginning, Xiaomi started its business as a software company. The company offered a custom version of MIUI and Android. With the passage of time, MIUI gained a lot of popularity and became part of tons of Smartphones out there. Partly, it is due to the features offered by MIUI that were not available on Android. In other words, the MIUI is much more customizable compared to Android OS.

5. Rooting

The beauty of the Xiaomi smartphones is that they can be rooted without the fear of voiding the warranty. Unlike other mobile phones, Xiaomi handsets come with an unlocked bootloader. Therefore, even if you break your handset by accident, you can get it fixed by their service center.

6. No Bloatware

With many smartphones, you have some third party applications pre-installed. These apps cannot be uninstalled as they occupy a lot of space and RAM. They are known as bloatware. The good news is that you don't have a lot of these pre-installed apps on Xiaomi handsets.

Long story short, these are just some of the primary reasons why Xiaomi smartphones are the best choice, especially for those who cannot afford to buy expensive Apple or Android smartphones. So, if you have tried a Xiomi smartphone, now is the time to give it a shot. We bet that you won't regret your decision.

Xiaomi Phones are among the top smartphones you can buy these days. If you want to buy one, you should check out a Xiaomi store
